some of our items are custom-made at the time of purchase.  orders will ship within 14 days of receipt of payment. domestic shipping via USPS Priority mail.  Charges are as follows:
orders up to $50.00--$5.95
$50.01-$100--$7.95
$100.01-$175--9.95
$175.01-$300--$13.00
$175.01--$500--$18.00 
 international orders, including Canada, ship based on weight.  we will re-issue an invoice for actual shipping charges at the time of purchase.

returns and exchanges
 
merchandies may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.  all sales are final after 7 days from the date of shipment.  no refunds or exchanges on sale merchandise.  all returned merchandise must be in saleable condition. any worn, washed, or damaged items may not be returned. if you are returning merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of shipping to us. shipping charges are non-refundable. please note shipping fees will apply for replacement merchandise. for sample sales, the transactions are FINAl, there will be no exchanges or refunds.
